We heal lives through the development of high impact ventures whose main objective is to contribute to the integral healing process of our patients and their caregivers from social and work inclusion.
According to figures from the World Bank Group, 15% of the world's population has a disability. Of this percentage, 80% are able to work, however, there are more and more factors that hinder work inclusion in companies.
Colombia has a population of more than 3 million people with disabilities, of which only 5.5% have a job, even though the vast majority are in the most productive age and have the capacity to perform work functions.
How are we changing the reality of people with disabilities?
CIREC is linking to its entrepreneurship programs people with disabilities and caregivers who have business skills and interest in reactivated economically.
We train them in basic notions of entrepreneurship, digital marketing, finance, life project and sales techniques.
We carry out a coaching process to strengthen their personal, professional and technological capacities.
Through entrepreneurship initiatives, they can reintegrate into society as economically active people.
