

At CIREC Foundation, we have an advisory service aimed at companies that wish to employ people with disabilities. We seek to support the management of companies taking into account the criteria that are considered success factors to carry out an effective inclusion process.
1. Consulting
Our methodology aims to end the paradigms on inclusion, clarify doubts about the hiring of people with disabilities and advise organizations under the current legislation that applies.

2. Diagnosis of accessibility
We carry out a detailed evaluation of the physical facilities where people with disabilities would enter to work. We verify the access conditions, do an analysis of the jobs and deliver a diagnostic report of barriers and facilitators for inclusion.


3. Support in Selection
We help organizations define the profile of the position to link people with disabilities, pre-select and refer candidates according to the required profile, monitor the selection made by the company, and carry out the verification and contractual formulation of each worker.


4. Awareness activities
We develop recreational activities and / or theoretical-practical workshops with which, through music, resourcefulness and creativity, we seek that people develop empathy with disability and become aware of the conditions of their new co-workers.


5. Monitoring plan
We seek continuously monitor our clients, allowing organizations to always have our advice throughout the agreement and additionally receive a periodic evaluation of the employee's performance.
6. Impact measurement
We always seek to measure the impact of our program on organizations by conducting virtual evaluations with the results and delivering a report on the qualitative evaluation of the work environment that gathers the results obtained from a virtual survey directed to direct managers, peers and subordinates.
