Spasticity (increased muscle tone) is a sign and symptom of central nervous system pathologies, which requires the specialized interventions to determine the treatments for each clinical condition and the functional conditions of our patients. CIREC has medical and therapeutic specialists with extensive knowledge in neurological rehabilitation and management of the sequelae of pathologies affecting the central nervous system, as well as its pharmacological, interventional and therapeutic management. We have professionals trained in musculoskeletal ultrasound and electromyography, essential resources in the management of spasticity with local intramuscular muscle relaxants. A joint medical and therapeutic team generates concepts for each patient individually, which are then analyzed and treated specifically.
